Guise Mesh needs a syntax for mesh comments—comments recognized at the mesh level, which will be removed and serve only to comment the meshing. Comments will be recognized as DOM contents containing a special sub-syntax: <!--/*…*/-->.
This is especially important because actually performs interpolation inside comments, so if we use (X)HTML comments to temporarily comment out e.g. a mx:each element, Mesh will still attempt to interpolate inside the comment and will not find the it variable because iteration is not occurring (because as a comment there is no element on which the mx:each would be recognized).

It's apparent that we need to piggy-back on (X)HTML comments because we do meshing at the DOM level. The Thyemleaf approach, with the memorable C-type /*…*/ comment subdelimiters, seems as good as any.
