Remove xml:space attribute when serializing HTML.

Description

In XML documents the xml:space attribute allows indication that applications should be preserved, but HTML5 this attribute has no effect; in fact:

There is no way to serialize the xml:space attribute on HTML elements in the text/html syntax.

Thus it seems that the most appropriate thing to do in the HTML serializer is not to serialize the xml:space attribute, ignoring it altogether.
